The caddie program at Idlewild Country Club has been around for over 100 years and the club’s goal is to build Evans Scholar type caddies that will change the community with their hard working and dedicated mentality. We try to help build relationships with our members and caddies that will help them not just throughout the year, but for their entire lifetime with it being anywhere from job opportunities to mentorships.
